Our story is just beginning and we are delighted to bring you along on our journey. The world of fermentation is not something new, although not as commonly understood in the Philippines.
And that is ok!
We are here to provide further education and build up your understanding, knowledge, and appreciation into what makes kombucha, kefir and other fermented foods so important of a healthier part of your diet. Fermentation is not just a health fad, it has been around for centuries and it is here to stay!
My Passion
My name is Jerry, and I am a self-proclaimed enthusiast in the world of fermentation. I love to learn about anything that involves drink, alcohol, the alien look-a-like SCOBY and furthermore, I am passionate on educating you on the amazing world of fermented foods.
Fermented foods are not something new, quite the opposite! You probably know quite a few of them, chances are you already have some in your kitchen! These super foods include but are not limited to yogurt, kimchi, hot sauce, kombucha, some cheeses and even dark chocolate!

The world of fermented foods is big and vast, and through this blog I hope to be able to take you on a journey with me! We just launched this website/blog on kombucha in the Philippines and have so much more lined up for you!
